    A gentle full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and promotes a sense of relaxation.

  • Therapeutic Massage

    A client specific treatment that uses various techniques to target areas of discomfort to aid in restoring the body back to a tension-free state. This may include use of therapy gun, cupping, stretching, trigger point, and myofascial release.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    A therapeutic treatment that uses hot stones to aid in relaxation while easing tense muscles and soft tissues throughout the body.

  • Cocoa Comfort Massage

    A relaxing full body treatment where cacao butter is used to massage. The cocoa stimulates endorphins and help to combat anxiety and stress.

  • 30 min Target Tension

    This treatment is great for a neck, back and shoulder tune up!
